A leading IT solutions provider in São Paulo is seeking a Mid-Senior level candidate for a full-time channel sales position. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in channel sales, solution selling, or project selling within the IT industry. Responsibilities include recruiting distributors, motivating partners, and developing customer relationships to drive sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently.

Qualificações

  • 8 years of experience in channel sales, solution selling, or project selling in the IT industry.
  • Experience with government sector customers is preferred.
  • Strong achievement motivation and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, recruit, and work with distributors and key value added resellers to drive new business and retain existing customers.
  • Motivate and energize the channel partners to work with Sangfor, develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities, maintain and develop good relationships with customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years channel sales, solution selling or project selling experience in IT industry, preferably with government sector customer experience, experience with local famous IT networking distributors or vendors is a plus.
  • Aggressive, dynamic, result-oriented and strong achievement motivation.
  • High integrity, target focused and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
