What You’ll Do
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing financial services clients in LATAM
  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach
  • Drive revenue growth through a combination of farming (existing accounts) and hunting (new clients)
  • Understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively
  • Build account plans, manage the end-to-end sales cycle, and close deals with decision makers at the C-level or Director level
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasting (TCV and order booking)
  • Collaborate with delivery, product, and leadership teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and relevant financial services forums
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in B2B sales within technology, consulting, outsourcing, or financial services solutions
  • Proven track record of managing accounts and generating new business in the Financial Services sector
  • Strong client network across banking, insurance, fintech, asset management, and related segments in LATAM
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet aggressive growth targets
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus
  • Understanding regional financial regulatory environments is an advantage
