Job Title : LATAM Sales Manager - iGaming

Location : Brazil, Spanish Language essential

Package : Base salary : $4,000 – $5,000 USD / month plus Commission on deals

About the Company

A well-established and fast-growing iGaming content provider is expanding its commercial team in South America. With roots in the land‑based sector and a strong reputation in online slots since launching in 2016, the company now offers a portfolio of over 250 online casino games, releasing 10–15 new titles per month. Supported by multiple dedicated studios, they distribute content via their own RGS and operate in over 18 regulated markets. Expansion continues steadily each year, with additional jurisdictions in the pipeline.

About the Role

The company is seeking a driven Sales Manager / BDM to focus on the Spanish‑speaking LATAM region. Key target markets include Argentina, Colombia, Peru, and Chile, though opportunities in other countries will also be pursued. The role centres on new business acquisition, primarily with operators, but also includes aggregator partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business with iGaming operators across key LATAM markets
  • Support and manage aggregator relationships to ensure content visibility
  • Monitor and interpret regional regulatory and compliance developments
  • Advise on market‑specific requirements to support successful launches
  • Represent the company at events and in‑person client meetings
Candidate Profile
  • 3–5 years of iGaming sales experience preferred, ideally with a game provider or aggregator
  • Strong network across LATAM operators
  • Knowledge of sales processes, integrations, and product rollout cycles
  • Familiar with regional compliance and regulatory frameworks
  • Fluent in Spanish with professional English skills
  • Candidates with strong account management experience may also be considered
  • Based in LATAM, preferably in Peru, Argentina, Colombia, or Chile
