In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the sales strategy, from lead generation to closing six-figure contracts. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in senior sales positions, a strong track record in B2B deals, and the ability to lead and scale a sales team. Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the IT, data center, or technology services industry.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing and scaling a sales team.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop data driven sales strategies.
Strong understanding of data center services, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure.
Experience working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
