A leading software consultancy in Brazil is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and contact new clients. This role requires at least one year of experience, excellent communication skills, and a competitive, resilient nature. Qualificações

  • Make 60+ cold calls in the second week.
  • Book a minimum of two meetings in the third week.

  • Independent, successful with little supervision.
What you will be doing :
  • You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing new meetings within an established ICP (ideal customer profile).
  • You will quickly become an expert at researching the nuances within our customer profiles that make someone a great fit for our services.
  • You will schedule meetings with our Head of Sales and, as you learn more about our company and services, will eventually receive promotion opportunities.
  • In your second week, you will make 60+ cold calls.
  • In your third week, you will book a minimum of two meetings with potential prospects.
  • By your second month, you will book at least eight meetings per month.
