Position Description
Reports to : Sales Development Representative Manager
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position at Kahua serves as an integral function for both the Marketing and Sales organizations.
As such, this role is critical to the success of demand generation programs and new account sales.
Individuals hired as SDRs must demonstrate a strong work ethic, team spirit and the courage to engage in consultative business conversations via the phone with project managers and executives.
SDR's work closely with Sales and Marketing personnel in support of lead generation, nurturing and qualification programs.
