About the role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own and manage conversations end-to-end .

This is not a copy / paste outbound role. You’ll be having real, thoughtful conversations with founders and operators who :

  • View our profile
  • Message us directly
  • Engage with our content

Your job is to respond quickly, build trust, ask smart questions, and guide people to the right resources (content, newsletter, case studies, calls).

Core responsibilities
1 / Conversation strategy
  • Build and maintain message templates and flows for common scenarios (profile views, inbound DMs, content engagement).
  • Adapt messaging in real time based on context—templates are starting points, not scripts.
  • Continuously improve messaging based on objections, confusion points, and what actually gets replies.
2 / Conversation management
  • Manage 100-200 active conversations per week .
  • Be active 9am–5pm EST with
  • Ask smart follow-up questions to understand intent and direct people to the most relevant next step.
  • Keep conversations natural, professional, and human (not salesy).
Ideal candidates
  • Are extremely fluent in written English (non-negotiable).
  • Are comfortable with long, nuanced back-and-forth conversations.
  • Can manage high conversation volume without losing context.
  • Adapt easily when conversations go off-script.
  • Are proactive and detail-oriented.

On target earnings will range from $22,000 - $36,000 USD per year depending on experience
