As part of SWEP, you will provide technical support, conduct market intelligence, and assist customers with various inquiries. Qualificações

  • Currently pursuing or completed an engineering degree.
  • Knowledge of MS Office is required.
  • Basic understanding of thermodynamics and heat exchangers is preferred.

  • Identify, develop, and improve performance indicators.
  • Perform market intelligence by providing useful information to the account manager.
  • Support specific accounts with technical and/or commercial tasks.
  • Conduct sales activities related to new customer projects.
  • Support HUB customers with projects, including implementing new products and technologies, focusing on quality and costs.
  • Act as a sales representative for internal projects.
  • Deliver reports on field failures, gather material for decisions, and report to customers based on the regional sales manager’s guidance.
  • Support external vendors.
  • Assist Customer Service as needed.
  • Analyze customer registration documents prior to processing.
  • Execute order processing in ERP (Oracle), analyze order portfolios, and coordinate order release for shipping.
  • Provide telephone service to customers and coordinate delivery positioning.
  • Handle administrative processing of export orders.
  • Coordinate collections with carriers for invoiced orders.
  • Prepare, analyze, and respond to sales quotation requests.
  • Monthly update of commercial proposals for the product line.
  • Follow the company's mission, vision, values, policies, and objectives.
  • Take responsibility and commit to a positive work environment and achieving results.
  • Adhere to management, quality, and safety standards and procedures.
  • Maintain and conserve company assets under your responsibility.
  • Keep your workplace clean and organized.
  • Perform other activities as assigned by the manager related to your area.

Requirements:

  • Engineering student or completed degree.

Knowledge of MS Office.

Basic knowledge of thermodynamics and/or heat exchangers equipment.
