Data Analyst – Focus on Automation and Data Quality

We are looking for a proactive, curious, and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal professional will be the guardian of our data quality and integrity. Beyond ensuring data accuracy, a major challenge of this position is to identify and implement automation solutions to optimize routine processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Validation and Verification: Be the main person responsible for the validation, verification, and updating of our datasets, especially for indirect clients, ensuring the information is well‑prepared and error‑free.
• Monthly Closure and Reconciliation for Indirect Clients: Act as the central figure responsible for the monthly closure and reconciliation of datasets for indirect customers, ensuring data accuracy for sales incentive programs such as Top Retailer, Top Cash, and Top Pharmacies.
• Customer Homologation: Accompany and monitor the homologation process for new indirect customers, acting as the bridge between the Neogrid platform sales team and the customer to ensure a smooth and successful integration.
• Analysis and Visualization: Create and update analytical dashboards in the DOMO tool to track program performance and assist with strategic decision‑making.
• Interpersonal Relationships: Act as a communication and support bridge between the Sales teams, customers, and data platforms (Neogrid, Scanntech, IQVIA, etc.), providing information and answering questions quickly and accurately.
• Process Automation: Identify, plan, and execute the automation of routine activities such as data closures and reconciliations to optimize time and reduce the margin of error.
• Payment Support: Assist in monitoring payment statements and validating the verification of new clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling cleaning and normalizing large datasets.
• A strong analytical and critical mindset capable of asking the right questions and understanding the purpose of each activity.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Snowflake, SQL, and Python or R.
• Experience in creating data visualization dashboards, preferably in DOMO.
• Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships to handle different stakeholders.
