Qualificações

This opportunity is for an experienced professional who is eager to find revolutionary solutions and help drive value creation across our portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Conduct transaction structuring and due diligence, negotiating directly with co‑investors and managing multiple diligence workstreams;
• Lead asset management activities and represent Siemens on the Board of Directors for portfolio companies;
• Manage portfolio activities, including composing internal reporting and coordinating with finance and accounting teams;
• Maintain complex project models and prepare investment valuations during deal phases;
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines for all due diligence and asset management activities;
• Continuously develop knowledge of the Latin America, US, and Canada markets and regulatory environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent (Master’s preferred);
• Broad deal experience across infrastructure, including pre‑revenue to stable growth stages, various deal processes and sectors (transportation, data infrastructure, manufacturing, health‑care, and energy), and jurisdictions (LATAM, US, Canada);
• Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Excel;
• Project Finance modeling experience preferred;
• Strong project‑management skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams, and ability to work with limited supervision;
• Robust analytical and critical reasoning skills;
• Willingness to travel, including some international travel;
• Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
