What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Oversee the management of Technical Services for multiple regions, ensuring operational, financial, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the Director of Technical Services to implement technical and business strategies for desired outcomes
• Manage repair and maintenance activities on critical medical equipment and ensure compliance with policies
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate Technical Services personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Coordinate technical support during emergencies and natural disasters, ensuring patient and staff safety

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of four years supervisory experience in a technical or healthcare setting
• Minimum of four years experience in an industrial/medical technical environment or relevant educational background
• Successful completion of the FMCNA Biomedical Technician Technical Certification Program within the first 24 months of employment required
• Valid Driver's License issued in the employee’s state of residence
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with potential overnight travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• AA Degree in electronics/biomedical technology or equivalent
• Nephrology/Biomedical Industry Technical Certification within 24 months of employment
• Experience with water treatment systems and dialysis equipment
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
