A cement industry leader is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for South America to manage sales activities and develop customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor/Master of Science, some years of international sales experience, and preferably knowledge of Ventomatic products. This full-time role is based in Votorantim and offers health, dental, and life insurance, as well as meal vouchers.

Manages sales activities in South America for Ventomatic’s range of products and systems in order to contribute to business results.
Main Accountabilities:
- Report to the Head of Sales, based in Italy
- Plans and executes sales activities in order to meet determined objectives within the geographical area
- Implements strategies within a determined price policy adjusted to the market situation to ensure that the determined goals and targets are met
- Develops and retains key customer contacts to build long-term profitable relationships
- Stays well informed about market trends in order to conduct assessments of long-term market needs
- Leads negotiations to leads to the best possible terms for Ventomatic
- Collaborates closely with Product Managers on technical questions in sales processes as a foundation for a product offering which meets the clients’ needs in a commercially relevant manner
- Builds long lasting relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities
- Collaborates with local network of colleague and agents
Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
- Bachelor/Master of Science or the equivalent knowledge
- Some years of experience
- International sales experience
- Preferably knowledge of the Ventomatic products (or equivalent) and technical solutions
- Basic awareness of site operations
- Commercial knowledge
