- Conduct regular reviews of hotel performance, providing strategic guidance to achieve optimal results
What is Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Regional Director of Sales or in multi-unit hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving results in well-known hotel brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, or Hilton
- Strong analytical skills and experience in financial and quantitative analysis
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out
- Experience with Full Service, Select Service, and Extended Stay hotel operations
- Familiarity with hotel management systems such as FOSSE, OPERA, and Delphi
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams in a virtual environment
