  • Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and employer branding teams to boost talent acquisition effectiveness
  • Mentor and influence the recruitment of team members by leading through example and addressing hiring challenges proactively
  • Develop proactive hiring strategies informed by market trends, industry layoffs, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Key performance indicators include managing seamless hiring processes, leveraging data for sourcing strategies, and leading process improvements
  • Recognized as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and actively foster a culture of mentorship and strategic problem‑solving within the team
