Role: Recruitment Assistant (Fluent English) | 100% Remote

What We Offer

• R$4,500/month (R$5,000 after 6 months) + USD bonuses
• 100% remote – recruit directly for the U.S. market

• Monday to Friday, 12h–21h BRT (aligned with U.S. business hours)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct proactive talent sourcing and candidate pre-qualification
• Create engagement campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to keep the pipeline active
• Schedule interviews and support U.S. client recruiting teams with strategic alignments
• Manage full recruitment pipeline: job postings, interviews, candidate follow-up
• Keep ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases updated

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Fluent English (C1/C2) – daily contact with U.S. clients
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS systems
• Resilient, charismatic, and motivated by results

Nice to Have

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment (end-to-end pipeline)
• Charismatic, dynamic, and eloquent profile
• Previous exposure to U.S. recruiting market
• 2 monitors | i7 or equivalent | 12GB RAM+
• High-speed internet | Headset with mic | Quiet office

Are you a Portuguese speaker who graduated as an English Teacher? We are looking for you!

Teach fun English classes online via Zoom from the comfort of your own home. You can set your own hours and teach on the go as long as you have a solid color backdrop, a laptop, good WiFi, a webcam, and a microphone.

If you love teaching, but dread prepping for lessons and grading, this is the perfect job for you. We provide our teachers with all the lesson materials so all you have to do is show up for class and teach!

Typical day for an Online English Teacher at LatinHire

• You will be scheduled shifts two weeks in advance according to your availability
• You can drop shifts if busier, or pick up extra shifts to earn more
• During shifts, you log in to our platform to teach and write brief feedback for students
