Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and develop action plans.
  • Conduct internal and external selection recruitment processes.
  • Carry out practical tests and technical assessments, when necessary.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific position requirements.
  • Ensure both parties are satisfied with the final terms of the offer.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment processes.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with internal and external policies and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in recruitment processes and implement improvements when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the role.
  • Knowledge of interview techniques, skills evaluation and assessments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactivity and initiative in solving problems.
  • Ability to understand organizational goals and objectives to align recruitment strategies.
  • Commitment to high ethical standards and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously, maintaining quality and efficiency.
