Your Impact
  • Provide technical product leadership within Solution Architect and Development teams, both in person and remotely.
  • Monitor Genesys product roadmap and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Identify new opportunities to leverage the Genesys platform and assess roadmap impacts on current processes and offerings.
  • Provide technical product expertise during sales opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver technical Proofs of Concept.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations.
  • Build and demonstrate Genesys capabilities including architecting flows for inbound call, email, web messaging, and other digital channels; ACD functionality such as telephony and skill-based routing; outbound campaigns; quality assessment; workforce management.
  • Review RFP/SOW requirements while leading solution design and delivering or refining solution completion estimates to support the sales organization.
Qualifications
  • 7 years of experience with technology solution delivery and integration, consulting with Fortune 500 companies.
  • 4+ years of deep experience with Genesys Cloud CX, having completed multiple successful implementations/migrations of large enterprises.
  • Experience migrating from Genesys PureCloud is a plus.
  • Knowledge of contact center tools and processes.
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services.
  • Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, Machine Learning, and Generative AI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of other contact center platforms such as Amazon Connect is a plus.
  • Experience interacting with customers, organization members, and senior-level personnel, potentially up to C-suite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Teams and MS Outlook.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Genesys Cloud: AI – Digital Bots & Knowledge.
