Responsibilities

• Support the purchasing team in acquiring products, services, and systems according to team guidance.
• Assist in developing and qualifying new suppliers.
• Follow up on delivery deadlines and update systems with accurate information.
• Enter purchase orders into the system when needed.
• Assist in analyzing and tracking performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with requesting departments to ensure alignment and clarify purchasing needs.

Background

• High school diploma completed.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Engineering is desirable.
• Experience in purchasing workflows within industrial environments.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Excel for supplier management.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
