What to Expect

• Lead project management for critical facilities projects, including power upgrades and infrastructure modernization
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for data center and mission-critical facility projects
• Manage project teams, including MEP contractors and data center specialists
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure compliance with data center standards and local building codes

What is Required

• Minimum of 5-8 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in critical facilities or data centers
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical field
• Demonstrated experience managing projects valued between $500K - $5M
• Strong understanding of critical infrastructure systems, including electrical distribution and cooling infrastructure
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
• Data center certifications (DCCA, CDCP, CompTIA Server+)
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or colocation facilities
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management in live environments
• Previous experience with a real estate service provider
