• Experience with legacy and modern technology stacks, including application reengineering.

Key Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in IT Program / Project Management, preferably within large enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in M&A integrations , including application rationalization, data migration, and change management.
• Strong technical acumen : understanding of architecture, data flows, APIs, middleware, and system dependencies .
• Experience with legacy and modern technology stacks , including application reengineering and consolidations.
• Strong cross-functional leadership , comfortable working with business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Tools & Methodologies :
• Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
• Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent
• Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
• Skilled in risk, budget, and timeline management , navigating complex program dependencies and constraints.
