Mission

Ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements at all stages of the project, through testing, identification, and correction of failures, thus contributing to the delivery of a high-standard product or service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure strict compliance with established standards, guaranteeing consistency and quality in all related activities and processes, collaborating in the implementation of control measures and corrective actions to ensure continuous alignment with established requirements and expectations.
  • Identify opportunities and implement improvements in existing processes, seeking to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and increase the quality of the delivered product and/or service, analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and proposing and implementing solutions that drive operational excellence.
  • Conduct or actively collaborate in internal project audits, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures, as well as identifying areas for improvement and optimization opportunities, analyzing documentation, processes, and adopted practices, and providing recommendations and guidance to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of projects.
  • Manage generated documentation, including both engineering and supplier quality documentation, organizing, controlling, and updating relevant records and information, ensuring their availability and integrity when necessary.
  • Promote and cultivate a culture of quality throughout the organization, actively encouraging excellence and commitment to continuous improvement, raising awareness and engaging all employees, from top management to the operational team, through training programs, transparent communication, and recognition of best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, engineering, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of office tools, databook, and project management.
