Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Project Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the entire lifecycle of small‑volume sales projects from initial order to final delivery. This role requires a blend of administrative excellence and analytical skill to monitor project workflows, coordinate between key departments (Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales) and help ensure all project milestones are met on time. The Project Analyst plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency and ensuring a superior customer experience through clear communication and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities
  1. 1. Project Coordination & Execution :
    • Manage the day‑to‑day execution of sales projects (orders) ensuring all phases from system entry to post‑sales support are completed successfully.
    • Serve as a central point of coordination between Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Billing and Sales to guarantee seamless project flow.
    • Validate project data and order specifications to ensure accuracy and prevent downstream errors.
  2. 2. Performance Monitoring & Analysis :
    • Track project progress against timelines and SLAs, identifying and flagging risks, bottlenecks or deviations from the plan.
    • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to project cycle time and on‑time delivery to contribute to performance reports.
    • Develop and maintain project dashboards and status reports for stakeholders, providing clear visibility into project performance.
  3. 3. Client Management & Communication :
    • Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding project status, providing regular and clear updates.
    • Address and resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
    • Assist in translating client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.
  4. 4. Process Improvement & Documentation :
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project lifecycle and contribute to the implementation of more efficient workflows.
    • Ensure all project documentation such as purchase orders, invoices and proofs of delivery is accurately maintained and organized.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing relevant data and analysis.
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field.
  • Experience as a Project Analyst, Project Coordinator or in a similar role within sales operations, logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute to insightful reports.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and project management software.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
  • Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
