What we are looking for

Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Production Talent Coordinator. The primary role of the Production Talent Coordinator is responsible for identifying, booking, and contracting talent for our wide variety of productions. This role requires a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record in securing top-tier talent. This job is a REMOTE position.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Collaborate with the production team to understand the vision and requirements of each project, and provide valuable input on casting choices.
  • Source and recruit adult talent through various channels, including online platforms, industry connections, and talent agencies.
  • Conduct auditions and casting sessions to identify and select suitable performers for various film productions within our streaming service
  • Review portfolios, headshots, and video submissions to assess the suitability of potential performers.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with actors and actresses, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout their careers.
  • Scout and evaluate potential filming locations for scenes, ensuring they meet the specific needs and requirements of each production.
  • Coordinate and manage production schedules, working closely with actors, actresses, crew members, and other relevant parties to ensure efficient time management and adherence to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to negotiate contracts with performers and other personnel involved in productions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
  • Stay informed about emerging talent, industry trends, and potential collaboration opportunities within the adult film industry through networking and industry events.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information, protecting the privacy and identities of individuals involved in productions.
  • Continuously enhance your professional knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities, staying updated with industry developments, trends, and best practices.
  • Some travel may be required; on an as needed basis.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Must Haves
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships within the film industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals, including actors, actresses, directors, and producers.
  • Ability to make informed casting decisions and assess the suitability of potential performers for specific roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage auditions, casting sessions, and production schedules.
  • Knowledge of legal and contractual requirements within the film industry.
  • Discretion and respect for privacy, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
