Position : Predictive Dialer & Data Operations Administrator

Contract Type : This is an Independent Contractor role, managed through RemoteHero for dedicated work with the client.

Workload : Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week).

Working Hours : Must work specifically in the morning (EST – Eastern Standard Time).

Time Zone : EST (Eastern Standard Time).

Reporting : The role reports directly to the Owner.

Salary Rate : 600$-800$ (Paid monthly).

The Opportunity

You will be joining a focused operations team, where your expertise in dialer technology and data management will be crucial to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of their outreach efforts.

Remote Hero is seeking a skilled Predictive Dialer & Data Operations Administrator to work as an Independent Contractor with our client.

This is a crucial, non-calling role focused entirely on supporting the sales team by ensuring the predictive dialer system runs flawlessly, lead data is clean and organized, and call performance is accurately tracked.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dialer System Administration
    Serve as the primary administrator for the predictive dialer system, Kixie ( / ). Manage the dialer system configuration, settings, and operation to ensure maximum efficiency for the sales team. Monitor daily dialer performance and troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure smooth, uninterrupted operation.
  • Data Management & Lead Flow
    Organize, upload, and scrub raw lead lists, ensuring data is clean, accurate, and ready for outbound calling. Manage the efficient flow of leads through the dialer system and calling campaigns. Handle data reconciliation, comparing and cleaning lists using proficiency in Excel.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    Monitor agent call activity and performance against daily call targets. Prepare basic operational reports on dialer performance, agent activity, and campaign results using Excel and the Zoho CRM system. Collaborate with the Owner to ensure data practices and dialer usage support the firm's strategic outreach goals. Note: This is a support and administration role; the candidate is not expected to make sales calls.
Required Skills & Expertise
  • Dialer Experience: Proven hands‑on experience in administering and managing a predictive dialer system. Direct experience with Kixie is highly needed.
  • Data Management: Strong ability to upload, clean, and organize lead lists efficiently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Required experience in Excel for data reconciliation and reporting.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns is a strong asset.
  • Work Style: Ability to deliver strong results independently, focusing on specific administrative tasks.
  • Language: Fluent written and spoken English is required.
  • Test: Candidates must demonstrate prior experience with a dialer system.
