In this role, you will own and optimize paid acquisition strategies across multiple platforms including Google Ads and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, a metrics-driven mindset, and excellent English communication skills. This position allows for high ownership and a direct impact on business growth while collaborating with a US-based client.

Home Alliance is looking for a results-driven PPC Ads Manager to support a US-based business operating in the home services space.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, structured, and focused on turning ad spend into measurable business results.

What you’ll do
  • Own and optimize paid acquisition across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Display & Retargeting
  • Manage paid marketing budgets with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Analyze performance daily and make fast, data-driven optimizations
  • Balance supply and demand across multiple business units using paid channels
  • Maintain structured plans by service, region, channel, spend, and revenue
  • Build and maintain dashboards and performance reports (Analytics, Power BI)
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager, marketing leads, and business units
  • Research market trends, demand signals, and optimization opportunities
What we’re looking for
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience in PPC / Performance Marketing
  • Strong experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Bing Ads
  • Metrics-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
  • Organized, proactive, and accountable
  • Experience with lead generation for service-based businesses is a plus
