A prominent real estate company is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage the CEO's calendar, assist with travel arrangements, and support the execution of strategic projects. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and at least 1 year of experience. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required. This role demands strong organizational skills, discretion, and flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.

Qualificações

  • 1 year of experience as a PA or Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
  • Experience in the Real Estate field preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, and Portuguese required.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings and document minutes.
  • Organize travel arrangements for the CEO.
  • Draft reports and business documents.
  • Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders.

Formação académica

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation for the CEO.
  • Draft reports, presentations, and business documents as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as the first point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.
  • Follow up on key deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support the CEO with personal tasks when required.
  • Assist in strategic projects, research, and data compilation.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 1 year as a PA, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
