The People Operations Analyst will play a critical role in this journey. You will support day‑to‑day HR operations, help establish strong local processes, and partner closely with the HR Lead, Brazil, contributing to both strategic initiatives and hands‑on execution. This role is essential to shaping a consistent, high‑quality employee experience and strengthening DoorDash’s position as an employer of choice in Brazil.

About the Role

You’ll shape the foundation of People Operations in a fast‑growing environment. You’ll own the processes that keep our Brazil team running smoothly — onboarding, benefits, compliance, SST, and office operations — while partnering closely with global People teams. You’ll report into the Brazil People Lead on our People Team.

What you’ll do
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding for Brazil new hires, including first‑day logistics, welcome kits, and system setups.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, including automation and better document management practices.
  • Support offboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and CLT compliance.
  • Partner with the People Lead to deliver engagement initiatives (e.g., office breakfasts, new‑hire intros, site all‑hands).
Benefits Administration
  • Manage employee enrollments, updates, and issue resolution for health, dental, meal, and wellness programs.
  • Act as the main contact for employees and vendors, tracking SLAs and satisfaction levels.
Occupational Health & Compliance (SST)
  • Manage and operate activities regarding PCMSO, ASO exams, CIPA, and related SST routines required by Brazilian labor law.
  • Coordinate with occupational‑health providers to schedule exams and maintain audit‑ready records.
  • Partner with Workplace, Health and Safety and Legal to ensure safe working conditions and eSocial compliance.
Office Logistics & Internal Events
  • Assist in planning and executing internal events and celebrations (e.g., breakfasts, happy hours, cultural programs).
We’re excited about you because…
  • You have 3+ years of hands‑on experience in HR Operations in Brazil (benefits, local compliance, payroll interface, and other CLT‑related processes).
  • You have a strong understanding of Brazilian labor law.
  • You have experience managing benefits administration (health, dental, meal/food, wellness).
  • You have strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail and a service mindset.
  • You have Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken).
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion

We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
