An energy consulting firm in São Paulo seeks a People & Culture Operations Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support across employee lifecycles. Responsibilities include onboarding, record maintenance, and collaboration with the HR team. Candidates should have at least one year of HR experience, be fluent in English, and have strong organizational skills. The role offers a competitive salary and a flexible working arrangement.
As People & Culture (P&C) Operations Administrator, you will utilise your excellent organisational and time management skills to provide high‑quality, accurate, and efficient administration service across the employee lifecycle (joiners, movers, and leavers).
The remit for this role covers our offices in Latin America (Brazil and Chile) and North America (Austin, Oakland and New York).

The role requires you to collaborate with the wider People & Culture team in different geographies and time zones along with strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a background in delivering excellent customer service.
