What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Prospect and secure new high-value partnerships within New York and Connecticut to expand the referral network
  • Develop and implement a sales plan to meet referral and revenue targets
  • Educate partners on the value of referring clients to the employer's offerings and ensure adherence to referral processes
  • Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to establish and strengthen partnerships
  • Track and analyze referral conversion rates to optimize sales processes and maximize closed installations
What is Required (Qualifications)
