What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Prospect and secure new high-value partnerships within New York and Connecticut to expand the referral network
- Develop and implement a sales plan to meet referral and revenue targets
- Educate partners on the value of referring clients to the employer's offerings and ensure adherence to referral processes
- Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and in-person visits to establish and strengthen partnerships
- Track and analyze referral conversion rates to optimize sales processes and maximize closed installations
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or revenue-driven account management
- Proven track record in B2B sales or partnership development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain productive relationships
- Must reside in New York or Connecticut and be willing to travel approximately 25-50%
