Insight Global is seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support for legal cases in the United State, primarily in Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Oregon procedures, rules, and laws, and will be comfortable working independently in a remote environment. This role involves drafting documents, proofing, and filing, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare first drafts of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Review and proof documents for accuracy and compliance with Oregon laws and court rules.
• Manage case files and maintain organization using case management software.
• Handle electronic filing and ensure timely submission of documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys to support case strategy and deadlines.
• Assist with estate, family, and probate matters when applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience.
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
