About the role
The Outsourcing Sales Operations Senior Manager is the most senior leader on the ground, with ultimate accountability for the efficiency, strategy, execution and reporting to the client of all sales-related operations. This is a highly strategic and executive-level role that requires a sharp focus on data, processes, and systems that enable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a resilient and decisive leader who thrives in high-stakes environments, ensuring the sales organization has the tools and insights needed to excel. This role demands a self-motivated professional with an unyielding desire for both personal and organizational development, constantly tackling complex, multifaceted challenges.
Responsibilities
- Outsourcing Sales Operations Leadership: Provide overarching strategic direction for all outsourcing sales-related operations, making high-level decisions that impact business outcomes and ensuring the sales organization is optimized for efficiency.
- High-Level Escalation Management: Serve as the final point of contact for all major escalations, making critical, often difficult decisions to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
- Process & Systems Optimization: Design, implement, and maintain scalable sales processes and systems, leveraging technology and automation to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Performance Analysis & Insights: Conduct deep analysis of sales data to uncover trends, identify bottlenecks, and provide high-value insights to sales leadership. Translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive a performance culture.
- Forecasting & Planning: Lead the sales forecasting and planning processes, ensuring accuracy and providing leadership with a clear view of business risks and opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operational leaders, BI, and other departments to ensure alignment between sales and broader business objectives.
- Mentorship & Development: Mentor and guide the management team (including Ops Managers), fostering a culture of excellence and a strong leadership pipeline.
What you need to have to be considered
- Experience & Executive Acumen: Senior leadership experience in outsourcing sales operations, outsourcing business operations, or similar management role with a proven ability to lead a business unit in complex corporate environments.
- Resilience & Decision-Making: Proven track record of making swift, critical decisions under pressure and demonstrating resilience in challenging situations.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong strategic mindset and ability to analyze complex data to forecast risks, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions.
- Language Fluency: Advanced English and full professional fluency in Portuguese for effective communication with stakeholders.
