(responsibilities)
Candidate must have experience in Oracle cloud Support (R2A). Should be able to explain a couple of real‑life scenarios or challenges they have encountered during support and have fixed what is day in a life of a support analyst. Should understand how integration from outside applications works into Oracle cloud. Must have experience in month‑end close process. Must be willing to come to office 2 days a week if needed.
Advanced English
Must‑Have: Broad experience in cloud implementations & support; senior resources with hands‑to‑keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (GL, Fixed Assets, Cash Management); very good understanding of Brazil‑related localization in Oracle cloud.
Good‑to‑Have: Able to work independently with customers; an agile way of working.
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Oracle Cloud Financial Modules – support. Issue resolution and fix. Collaborate and meet with users to understand the issue. Work with Oracle on service requests. Work with the Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution. Period close activities.
