We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and oversee all inbound / outbound operations within an Amazon Fulfillment Center, ensuring efficient shipping processes and delivery of customer orders.

Our Fulfillment Centers lie at the core of Amazon’s rapidly expanding operations network : they are where we handle our highly dynamic inventory. In every Fulfillment Center, our teams receive deliveries, pick products, package them, and ship them out. Each team contributes to our success, and you can be a key player in driving us forward.

These Fulfillment Centers are fast-paced, high-impact, and highly rewarding environments, where adherence to policies and procedures is critical. We are looking for an inspiring and capable leader to ensure we continue delivering on our customer promise while enabling our teams to excel with a customer-obsessed mindset.

Key job responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end outbound operations, including picking, packing, and shipping processes
  • Lead and develop a large team of area managers and associates (100+ employees)
  • Drive operational excellence through KPI management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures
  • >Optimize resource allocation and labor planning
  • Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Employee and performance management experience
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles
  • Advanced English Skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Data-driven decision making skills
