About the role

We're looking for an Operations Manager to help us solve the toughest problems in our global fintech.

Someone to roll up their sleeves and dive into every area of our business to help millions of customers worldwide.

What you'll be doing
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring our features work properly and monitoring metrics to understand customer behaviour.
  • Liaise with local teams such as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance, and London HQ.
  • Manage project prioritisation.
  • Define playbooks and processes for Revolut Brazil's services to support hyper‑growth.
  • Manage critical vendor relationships and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and develop financial features, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities.
What you'll need
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience conducting robust data analysis.
  • A proven ability to break down complex problems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in fast‑paced environments such as tech, consulting, project management, or corporate strategy.
  • A track record of achievement in academic, professional, or competitive environments (including sports).
  • Natural curiosity and a drive to make an impact.
  • The ability to build a solid business case and rally others to bring your ideas to life.

  • Technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
