Job Title: Operations Director, B2B Sales

Job Description

Job Description Summary

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement robust sales strategies that align with organizational objectives and support revenue growth.
  • Team Management: Directly manage and mentor a team of 10+ senior sales managers, providing clear guidance to drive results while overseeing the indirect management of a broader team of 50+ sales professionals.
  • Sales Performance: Set and monitor sales objectives, performance metrics, and KPIs to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Industry Expertise: Utilize deep knowledge of the tech/software industry and BPO sector to identify market opportunities and drive business development.
  • Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance the company's market position.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments; present findings to senior leadership.
  • International Communication: Operate effectively in a global business environment with C1 proficiency in English and the ability to communicate in Spanish as a plus.
