You will analyze and report on operational efficiency metrics, elevate business performance across various teams, and translate complex business issues into actionable insights. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in analytics, strong SQL skills, and the ability to work under ambiguous conditions. This position will support strategic decision-making within the organization.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Analytics professional to deliver high-impact insights that support our end-to-end operations. In this role, you will work closely with teams across inventory, logistics, retail, and customer service, while partnering with technology and finance stakeholders. You’ll engage with nearly all aspects of a growing business to measure performance, identify opportunities, and drive alignment toward the most impactful operational improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze, understand, and quantify key operational efficiency metrics.
• Design, implement, and report on item-level data throughout receiving, authentication, launch, and outbound workflows.
• Provide daily reporting and product-health measurements to support business decision‑making.
• Communicate insights clearly and effectively to partner teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with operations analysts to optimize processes and uncover opportunities for growth.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL.
• 5+ years working with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Strong ability to translate practical business problems into technical solutions.
• Proven experience delivering time-sensitive strategic projects involving methodology development, analysis, recommendations, and executive presentation.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce or logistics industries.
