Qualificações

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

This expansion phase requires strengthening our technical foundation and scaling our development capabilities to meet increasing market demands.

Your Mission

Your mission is to ensure operational excellence across Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, and Office Management.

You are the key point of coordination, maintaining smooth processes, supporting teams, and safeguarding compliance.

You will work closely with the Country Manager and cross-functional teams, helping to build and scale the business while maintaining solid operational foundations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts receivable: follow up with clients on pending payments.
  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and streamline administrative processes.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding, employee records, legal compliance, and support employee issue resolution.
  • Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, tax payments, invoice tracking, and coordinate with external accountants.
  • Supervise office operations, supplier relationships, and inventory to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, coordinate communication with legal entities, and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.

  • You're highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Based in Sao Paulo with fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data; automation skills are a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of finance, payroll, legal compliance, and office operations.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and reliable team player who can work both independently and collaboratively.
