Responsibilities

• Perform detailed analysis and support all aspects of net revenue accounting, analysis, and forecasting
• Prepare and maintain accurate net revenue accrual estimates based on historical trends and operational input
• Monitor insurance payment accuracy and collaborate with relevant functions to validate and recover underpayments
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with Payor Contracting and Revenue Cycle functions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, payer regulations, and internal controls related to revenue recognition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent degree) required
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proven experience in the healthcare field, preferably in outpatient physical therapy environments
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate financial data for non-financial stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Raintree EMR
• Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy environments
