The Network Planning Manager act as the lead on planning network performance (quality, speed and cost) through strategic capacity planning, and will form business partnerships with key stakeholders across our operations network.
You will play a key role in planning and forecasting network capacity, delivering our vision to improve operational efficiency and driving great customer experience, as well as in our cost out activities and asset utilization.
A significant proportion of role will be analyzing and planning capacity requirements that ensure reliable and consistent delivery performance across our fulfillment and last mile operations.
The role will own the approval from senior functional leaders to enable capacity planning strategies and schedule cross-functional resource allocation efficiently and effectively.
You will work closely with various fulfillment center and last mile operations teams and will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting complex cross functional planning initiatives.
You will have a true analytical approach, the ability to forecast and plan effectively, strong process management skills, and be an effective communicator.
This position involves regular communication with senior management on network capacity, risks and time critical mitigation activities.
In order to be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders as well as driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.
