Your Role

Manage the operation of Nacora Brazil by developing commercial, financial and technical insurance underwriting strategies, which allow you, through your management and that of your team, to expand the operation, with stable and sustainable growth, reaching the operation budget annually and established strategic goals.

Must have an approved SUSEP license.

Professional in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, essentially bilingual, preferably fluent in Spanish.

You must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in similar positions, serving as general director of the insurance brokerage sector leading work teams, departments / business units with a comprehensive profile.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and technical strategy of Nacora Brazil, with the ability to handle VIP / Corporate clients directly.
• Responsible for the financial results of Nacora Brazil and the reports according to corporate indications, as well as with the Regional / Global office of Nacora and KN.
• You must understand the reading of a financial statement, concepts such as income, profits, direct and indirect expenses.
• You must have knowledge of the billing processes and times of the insurers to align Nacora's billing to said times to ensure the flow of income to the company in a timely manner.
• You must have the ability to structure an annual budget and the different strategies that support its compliance.
• Lead the implementation and execution of the commercial strategies of the country, which includes commercial prospecting, visits to the main clients and the retention of the main existing clients.
• Ability to brainstorm technical insurance solutions that fit the client's needs and market availability.
• Results of corporate cargo transportation insurance.
• Responsible for everything related to the global corporate policy program (General Civil Liability, Errors and Omissions, Property Insurance, Health and Life Insurance, Cyber Risk Insurance, Credit Insurance among others).
• Responsible for dealing with the different teams / departments such as: Commercial team, subscription or placement team, claims team, administrative team and with the ability to influence KN teams such as Sales, maritime, air, Land and Contract teams Logistics.
• Excellent personal relationships with his team and with the KN teams, as well as with clients.
• Management and relationship with the insurance sector in Brazil, it should be investigated what contacts it has in the market with insurers or other insurance and reinsurance brokers.

• University degree in ADM, COMEX, IR or alike.
• Fluent English skills.
• Intermediate Spanish skills.
• SUSEP certificate.
