A leading organization in healthcare is seeking a Marketing professional to support brand objectives through digital and administrative tasks. This role involves executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and developing engaging content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have intermediate English skills, be familiar with social media and marketing tools, and possess strong analytical and teamwork skills. This is a full-time position within the Marketing department in São Paulo, Brazil.

Qualificações

  • Intermediate English proficiency.

  • Desirable experience with SAP, SFDC, Google Analytics, and RD Station.

Responsabilidades

  • Implement campaigns, initiatives, and projects aligned with the Marketing Plan.
  • Serve as the point of contact for the sales team regarding promotional material requests.
  • Support the Marketing manager in developing presentations for LATAM meetings.
  • Manage the promotional calendar and inventory control using SAP.
  • Collaborate with Regional Marketing on materials approval.
  • Create content for PR activities, email campaigns, websites, and social media.
  • Track digital market trends and CRM activities.
  • Develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Plan and execute corporate communications.
  • Interact with eyecare professionals and advertising agencies.

Description

Support the Marketing area in achieving brand objectives by executing digital and administrative tasks. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies with moderate impact ensuring alignment with brand goals and company direction. Assist in campaign planning performance tracking and cross-functional coordination to drive effective brand communication and engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Implement campaigns initiatives and projects aligned to the Marketing Plan
  • Point of contact for the sales team : promotional cycle guidelines fulfillment of material requests
  • Support the Marketing manager developing presentations for Latam meetings training and promotional cycle to sales team
  • Manage the promotional calendar performing stock control and placing purchase requisitions in SAP
  • Route materials for approval in the system (Agile) interacting continuously with Regional Marketing team (LATAM)
  • Develop contents to PR activities e-mail campaigns websites and social media profiles maximizing engagement and user experience
  • Follow digital market trends monitor CRM activities create and track social media KPIs
  • Develop promotional materials and campaigns leading creation production and deployment
  • Develop online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness
  • Plan and execute corporate communications (internal and external)
  • Interface with eyecare professionals digital influencers PR / Advertising agencies and internal stakeholders such as Regional Marketing (LATAM) Sales Regulatory D&L Legal CS etc.
Qualifications
  • English - Intermediate degree
