Job Description

Right Rudder Marketing (RRM) is seeking a talented Marketing Assistant to join our team. This position requires someone with leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a fast-paced learner with a coachable personality who can work in the CENTRAL TIME ZONE.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or hands-on experience with design, UI / UX, SEO, and marketing. Prior work experience in aviation, administration, sales, and / or marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

Create and edit videos and syndicate content on social media platforms, RRM website, and client websites.

Manage RRM and client social media profiles to market to future flight school clients and students.

Collaborate with web dev operations team members to design lead converting web pages.

Create, review, and revise copywriting on RRM and client websites and social media

Design and update graphics used for marketing assets for RRM and clients.

Use SEO best practices to update website content, syndicate content on the internet, and update / maintain Google Business Profiles (GMB / GBP)
