Job Description

We are looking for a Market Intelligence Manager HVAC to join our team, focusing on delivering actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making in the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) sector. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to provide insights that inform product development, market expansion, and competitive positioning.

This position offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that enhance our understanding of the HVAC market, contributing to the company's strategic success and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources (e.g., sales, market data, inventory, CRM, marketing platforms) into a unified business intelligence visual.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visual reports tailored to stakeholder needs (regional leadership, product managers, sales teams, etc.).
• Develop performance tracking reports for key KPIs across countries and AC product lines.
• Support strategic planning, forecasting, and business reviews with data‑backed recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
• Partner with HQ, subsidiaries, and IT to improve data flows and systems integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Data Analysis roles.
• HVAC experience.
• LATAM roles will be considered as a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
• Strong teamwork & relationship building.
• Creativity and proactivity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce (SFDC).
• Advanced English Skills.
• Advanced Spanish Skills will be considered as a plus.
