Qualificações

  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales representative role within Human Capital Management.

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and train the sales qualification process.
  • Hire and train high-performing salespeople in alignment with company values.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and conduct performance reviews.
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership regularly.
  • Coach and develop direct reports to ensure high employee engagement and performance.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales representative role within the Human Capital Management industry.
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior management experience; management consulting experience is a plus.
  • Experience overseeing a team of at least 4 people.
  • Technical proficiency in sales software, including Salesforce and other related tools.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership philosophy emphasizing team development, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.
