In this position, you will be responsible for helping the sustainable growth within Brazil while collaborating with South Cone (Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Bolivia & Paraguay) in implementing the Strategy and developing actionable commercial insights at market level.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Be the Strategy partner to the Stills Beverages Operations (Juices, Water, Teas, Isotonic and Soy categories) to enable sustainable growth, connecting the global strategy for these categories while balancing local Brazil specificities.
- You will partner directly with the Brazil Stills Operations Senior Director and be responsible to find opportunities or course correction of "where to play" and "how to win".
- Identify regional opportunities for the Non‑Alcoholic Ready to Drink categories (Stills and Sparkling Soft Drinks / Sodas) for the Long‑Range Planning and Business Plan, defining regional priorities over Brazil states and creating the addressable ambition to the opportunity.
- Lead the market share agenda in Brazil by:
- creating monthly narratives on results,
- working with the global reporting team for improvements,
- developing analysis and updating reports.
- Serve as the main point of contact with Nielsen in Brazil.
- Leverage different sources of data to develop actionable and compelling insights, strategies, and initiatives. Examples of data include sell‑in information, market share, price competitiveness, outlet coverage, brand equity KPIs and others.
- Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders.
Related Work Experience
- 3+ years of Business and/or functional experience in Strategy, Business Intelligence, Planning, Operations, Marketing or other related areas.
- Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers.
- Experience working with external providers, such as Nielsen, Scanntech, Kantar Worldpanel and/or Euromonitor.
- Fluent / Advanced English or Spanish.
- Tools: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint are must haves. PowerBI and other data analytics tools are a plus.
