Manager, Field Sales

Join TD SYNNEX Brasil as a Manager of Field Sales, leading and motivating a team of field sales professionals to exceed sales targets and expand market presence.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to surpass sales quotas and business objectives.
  • Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and sales challenges, collaborating cross-functionally for resolution.
  • Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to provide in-the-moment coaching and support with key clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews to senior management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand TD SYNNEX Brasil's reach and market share.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, including 2–3 years in a sales management or team lead role within IT distribution or technology.
  • Consistently met or exceeded sales targets and drove team performance.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Solid understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales plans.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally throughout Brazil.
