Manager, Field Sales
Join TD SYNNEX Brasil as a Manager of Field Sales, leading and motivating a team of field sales professionals to exceed sales targets and expand market presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives, providing coaching and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to surpass sales quotas and business objectives.
- Monitor sales team performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and sales challenges, collaborating cross-functionally for resolution.
- Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to provide in-the-moment coaching and support with key clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and operations to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand TD SYNNEX Brasil's reach and market share.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, including 2–3 years in a sales management or team lead role within IT distribution or technology.
- Consistently met or exceeded sales targets and drove team performance.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of sales methodologies and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales plans.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory and occasionally throughout Brazil.
