What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the long-term care (LTC) resident care team
- Promote employer products through compliant education tailored to customer needs
- Identify and address customer questions and concerns using advanced selling skills
- Create and execute quarterly territory business/action plans based on market insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address business needs and represent the employer at industry events
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor\'s degree required; life sciences preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
- Advanced selling and negotiation skills with the ability to influence healthcare professionals
- Must reside within the territory or within 30 miles of its border
- Valid driver\'s license with an acceptable driving record; ability to travel independently by air

- Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience with a focus on complex/account-based selling
