The Impact You'll Make

As our Logistic Assistant, you’ll play a key role in support warehouse and transportation logistics operations.

Your impact? Assist with inventory management, and help create material requisitions and equipment maintenance control.

You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership ofkey processes, helping us move toward a more efficient / sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Monitor material transfers between plants and support cycle counts by assisting in the reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Create material requisitions based on operational demand, ensuring compliance with internal processes.
  • Support the control of preventive and corrective maintenance of logistics equipment (e.g., forklifts, scales), recording incidents and tracking service deadlines.
  • Communicate with suppliers to align service deadlines, resolve issues, and monitor performance.
  • Enter information into SAP/WMS systems related to warehouse material control.
What We're Looking For
  • Studying or Bachelor’s degree (Logistics or Business Administration).
  • Previous experience in logistics or similar roles.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel and intermediate knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills, organization, and proactivity.
