What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own end-to-end coordination of loan sales, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of sale dates and communications
- Maintain and enhance loan sale processes to drive clarity and reduce errors
- Perform detailed tape scrubs to verify loan eligibility and proactively resolve issues
- Serve as the central point of contact for cross‑functional partners, ensuring timely access to information
- Develop and operationalize new processes for emerging products, ensuring smooth cross-team adoption
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of experience in loan operations, investor services, or capital markets operations
- Demonstrated expertise in project management or workflow coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail with experience in maintaining documentation and validating eligibility criteria
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable in fast-paced remote environments
- High proficiency with spreadsheets and operational tools for tracking and organizing workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience supporting loan sales or secondary market transactions across consumer lending products
- Familiarity with loan tape structures and eligibility criteria for asset sales
- Background working with cross-functional partners in a high-growth environment
- Experience improving operational processes in a multi-product organization
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience with tools like Jira
