The Business Development Representative role is the backbone of our successful LATAM sales team, and we want you to be a part of that! Business Development Representatives will have opportunities to progress into different paths, such as Account Management or Team Management.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high call volume daily calls.
  • Develop leads in cold and warm prospect accounts to generate interest in our solutions.
  • Gather prospects’ needs and understand their initiatives related to our solutions.
  • Discover new software opportunities by calling targeted prospect accounts.
  • Generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities each month.
  • Develop and deliver high-level product presentations to new clients.
  • Participate in the development of accounts, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with experienced account managers when prospecting accounts and creating opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • High-energy self-starter who can learn quickly and engage clients.
  • 1+ years of cold calling experience preferred.
  • Ambition to grow and build a career in sales.
  • Ability to resonate with the prospect’s situation and detect needs.
  • Positive and energetic phone skills.
  • Customer-focused, results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
